Help Wanted – Transfer Station Attendants – Regular and Fill-In

The Town of Turner is now accepting applications for the position of Attendant at the town’s Transfer Station.  This is a regular, part-time position that offers limited benefits, including paid vacation and sick time.  Workers at the Transfer Station work 25.5 hours per week and the facility is open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  Responsibilities include assisting residents with the proper disposal of household waste and some equipment operation.  Dealing effectively with the public is a must.  Turner’s Transfer Station is a busy operation so our employees spend most of their time outdoors and on their feet.  We also are looking for individuals to fill-in during regular staff absences, as needed.  Interested candidates should complete an employment application and turn it in to the Town Office by Friday, January 3.  The Town of Turner is an equal opportunity employer.  Employment Application
